Visit Santa’s magical Christmas workshop at Aberdeen's Bon Accord Centre and make cherished family memories
Christmas is calling at Aberdeen's Bon Accord Centre!
Every visit includes a personal meet and greet with Santa and his elves, a gift for each child, and a professional family portrait to take home and treasure. With optional photo packages available on the day, it’s the perfect way to capture the magic of Christmas.
Santa’s Workshop is one of Aberdeen’s favourite festive experiences and tickets always sell quickly, so make sure to book early to secure your visit.
The magic of Santa’s Workshop isn’t just for children and families!
Our 'Santa Paws' sessions offer the same festive experience, specially tailored for dogs. Bring your four-legged friend along to meet Santa, pose for a family photo, and take home a special gift for your furry friend.
Santa Paws is available on select dates and must be booked separately.
Whether you’re visiting Santa’s Workshop with the family or joining us for a special Santa Paws experience, why not make a day of it?
Bon Accord is home to great shops, restaurants and cafés for the whole family, including more than 15 dog-friendly spots where you can enjoy a little Christmas shopping, grab a festive treat or take a well-earned break together.
A special thank you to Bilfinger for sponsoring Santa's Workshop
We’re on the lookout for cheerful elves to help bring the magic of Santa’s Workshop to life. This fun volunteering opportunity is perfect for anyone who loves spreading Christmas cheer and creating unforgettable moments for families.
As part of our elf squad, you’ll welcome visitors, check bookings, organise gifts, assist with photos, sell Charlie House merchandise, and keep the workshop looking its festive best.
Full training will be provided at our very own Elf School, with a chief elf always nearby to keep everything running smoothly.
If you need support regarding your booking at Santa's Workshop please send an email to Katie.Bremner@charliehouse.org.uk with your name and booking number and we’ll be happy to assist.
