Charlie House’s annual Big Build Ball is back on

Following our previous Big Build Ball's themes such as Magic World in 2022, and Winter Wonderland in 2019, this year's theme of Carnival Ball is like no other and will transport you to a world full of spectacle and wonder.
The Big Build Ball will be a night to be remembered full of spectacle and wonder, with a delicious 3-course meal, drinks reception, live entertainment, and exclusive silent auction and raffle.
This year’s Carnival Ball theme promises to transport you to a destination bursting with colour and exuberance.

Since launching our Big Build Ball in 2018, we have had 3 incredibly successful nights, raising over £400,000 in support of the Big Build Appeal to construct our specialist support centre right here in Aberdeen.
More than 600 people attended Charlie House’s magical Big Build Ball on November 2022 at P&J Live, raising over £190,000 for its appeal to build a dedicated support centre in the North-east. The glamorous event was hosted by Alex Flemming and featured music from highly renowned party band MADHEN.
The Winter Wonderland-themed event in 2019 made more than £147,000, the evening saw entertainment in the form of performances by Danz Creations Performance Team, a children's Christmas choir from Class Act Drama, magic from Ariel Hamui and futuristic tech from VirtualrealiTEA.

In 2018 Charlie House launched the Big Build Appeal to raise £8m. Our ultimate goal is to build a dedicated support centre in Aberdeen, so that families don't need to travel over 100 miles to get the specialist care and support they need.
