All outstanding documents and information must be submitted by 23rd October 2026. Applicants who miss this deadline risk losing their allocated space.

Public and Products Liability Insurance Certificate

Upload a copy of your valid Public and Products Liability Insurance. This is required for all stallholders.

Risk Assessment

Please upload your risk assessment, covering key activities at your stall, including setup, cash handling, equipment use, and staff safety. This is required for all stallholders.

Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) Pass Certificate

Required if you plan to sell or provide samples of food or drink that has been handled, prepared, served open, or packaged after handling. Please upload your most recent Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) Pass Certificate issued by your local authority in Scotland.

Health and Safety Food Hygiene Certificate

Required if you plan to sell or provide samples of food or drink that has been handled, prepared, served open, or packaged after handling. Please upload a valid Food Hygiene Certificate for any staff involved in its preparation, handling, or sale.

Occasional Alcohol License

Required if you plan to sell or provide samples of alcohol. Upload a valid Occasional Licence issued by Aberdeen City Council, covering the dates of Curated on the Quayside.

Lottery Registration or Gambling Licence

Certain games of chance or skill — such as raffles, tombolas, or prize draws with significant prize value — may require a registration or licence under gambling laws. If you’re planning to offer any such activity at your stall, please check with your local authority to confirm what’s required. If applicable, upload a copy of your registration or other relevant licence from your local authority.

Detail of Samples

If you plan to offer food or drink samples, please describe the type of sample(s), how they’ll be prepared, stored, and presented on the day (e.g. “Wrapped sweet samples offered from a lidded container”). Please be as detailed as possible.
