Charlie House is busy growing its services and support network. As we grow we will need more committed professionals in a variety of disciplines to help us achieve our goals of supporting as many babies, children and young people across the North-east with life-limiting conditions as possible – making sure that they get the help they need when they need it most.

Current vacancies

TEAM ADMINISTRATOR (Full-time) - Not all superheroes wear capes! We are on the look out for a new superhero to join our team! 

Want to be part of a dynamic and bold third sector organisation with big plans? Our new full-time Team Administrator will support the fundraising activities of the charity by providing up-to-date records and acknowledgments for all donations as well as supporting the Fundraising Team in delivering on key targets. You will work closely with the Fundraising Team, Services Team and Board of Trustees.

Applicants need to have strong organisational and administrative skills, a full UK driving licence and excellent verbal communication, collaborative and team skills.

VOLUNTEER & INFORMATION COORDINATOR (Full-time)

Are you a people person? Do you thrive on organising, supporting and motivating people? We are looking for a Volunteer & Information Coordinator to join our team of superheroes. Working alongside the services and fundraising teams, this newly created role will identify volunteering opportunities with the aim of increasing the organisation’s capacity to support babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and complex disabilities, and their families, in the North-east of Scotland.

You will be responsible for the Charlie House volunteer pool and report to the Children & Families Service Manager.

Candidates must have significant experience in a similar role, experience of supervising and motivating people and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to give a short presentation in regard to your vision for this role.
