Charlie House is busy growing its services and support network. As we grow we will need more committed professionals in a variety of disciplines to help us achieve our goals of supporting as many babies, children and young people across the North-east with life-limiting conditions as possible – making sure that they get the help they need when they need it most.


Charlie House is looking for an Office Administrator. We are looking for someone who is as passionate and enthusiastic as we are about helping the families we support live life to the full.

This role will support the fundraising activities of the charity and the Charlie House Team in delivering on key targets.

Candidates must be computer literate and have strong organisational and administrative skills. 

This is a part-time position of 20.75 hours per week (9.30 am - 2pm with 15 minute break)

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 17th May 2019. 

Interviews are expected to take place on Tuesday 21st May 2019 in Aberdeen.

Local Charity Celebrate as Six-Figure Trades Widow Fund Charity Donation Takes Appeal To Over £2million Mark

Charlie House is celebrating today (Tuesday 30th April 2019) following a substantial donation of £400,000 from the Seven Incorporated Trades of Aberdeen, via its Trades Widow Fund Charity. The generous donation, which is the single biggest donation in the history of the Seven Incorporated Trades of Aberdeen, will go towards funding the specialist support centre’s spa pool area which will feature in the new building.
