You have worked really hard, training, organising, participating in or hosting your chosen event in aid of Charlie House. You have been collecting sponsorship and donations and now you need to know what to do with it. There are several ways to pay in, so choose the one that is most suitable for you.

A huge thank you for raising funds to support our projects, we couldn’t do it without you!

Online fundraising

If you have set up a Just Giving page or another online fundraising page, the money you have raised will automatically be sent to us, including gift aid where applicable so you don’t need to do anything else.

Sponsorship

Used one of our sponsorship forms to raise money? You can pay in your donations in several ways, write a cheque, you can pay by credit or debit card directly onto our online fundraising page or hand over the donations in person. Don’t forget to make sure your sponsor forms include the name and address and postcode of your sponsors and ask them to tick the gift aid column if they want to opt in for gift aid with their donation.

Cheques

Cheques can be made payable to Charlie House and posted to our office address, we would love to hear how you fundraised and look forward to hearing your story.
